Its penetrating formula deeply moisturizes the rubber membrane, creating a protective barrier against UV rays, temperature variations, and extreme weather conditions that prevents drying and premature cracking.
Compatible with all EPDM and rubber roof membranes, it's applied with a roller on the clean surface to maintain the roof supple, waterproof, and in good condition preventive protection that significantly extends the membrane's lifespan.
