We ship anywhere in Canada within an estimated 8 business days. Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $75 or more before taxes.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on destination and carrier. Once your order has shipped, please refer to your tracking number or contact the carrier directly for delivery status.

Currently, delivery is only available in Canada.

Order online and pick up your products directly at our Quebec City branch, located at 6400 Zéphirin-Paquet Street, Quebec City (Quebec) G2C 0M3.

As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a pickup confirmation email. Then, go to the designated door on the side of the building to quickly pick it up.

Please note:

• Wait for your confirmation email before coming.
• Present your confirmation at the time of pickup.
• The service is available Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

In-store pickup is exclusively offered at our Quebec City store.
