Cutting Compound is designed for vehicle owners and car detailing enthusiasts who want to correct significant paint defects. As the first step in a two-step polishing process, it reduces pronounced scratches, oxidation, and imperfections that finishing products alone cannot correct.

Its high-performance abrasive formula provides the cutting power needed to level defects and restore surface uniformity. It prepares the paint for Finishing Polish, which will refine the result and maximize shine.

Ideal for intensive correction or restoring damaged paint, it can be used with an orbital or rotary polisher and an appropriate cutting pad. Its 250 mL size is suitable for both full corrections and targeted area treatment.

Result: visibly corrected and more uniform paint, ready for the finishing step.

How to apply it?

1. Shake well | 2. Apply to pad | 3. Set polisher to speed 4-5 (orbital) or 1200-1800 RPM (rotary) | 4. Polish | 5. Wipe off | 6. Repeat as needed

Once finished, move on to step 2 using Silverwax finishing polish
