Return Request Policy

Only online orders made at www.silverwax.ca or at our store located at 6400 Zéphirin-Paquet Street, QC, G2C 0M3, are eligible for a return or refund. All requests for returns or refunds must be authorized by one of our customer service agents. Contact us at 1-800-681-2332 or info@silverwax.ca. The item must be returned within 10 days of receipt and shipping is at your expense. Worn or used items are not eligible for a refund.
