Shipping Policy

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. Shipping is not available outside of Canada. Orders must total $75 or more before taxes to qualify for free shipping.

Please note that we are not responsible for any additional delays caused by our carrier. You must contact the carrier for information regarding your package.

In-store Pickup

The in-store pickup option is only available at our Quebec City branch at 6400 Zéphirin- Paquet Street, G2C 0M3.  This pick-up is conducted on the side of the building, at the designated door.

Please note that:

  • You will receive a PICK-UP CONFIRMATION email when your order is ready for pick-up.
  • This method is not available at all times. Hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • You will need to place an order via our website and wait for your confirmation email before showing up. Please bring the confirmation email with you.
